Dan’s Taste Food and Wine Series: The Ultimate Summer Experience in the Hamptons
Dan’s Taste food and wine series has become an integral part of the Hamptons summer experience for over a decade. The series, which features food-forward events, captures the luxurious lifestyle of the area. This year, the 11th summer season of Dan’s Taste featured five spectacular events.
Kicking off the series was Chefs of the Hamptons on June 9, which showcased the most celebrated chefs of the affluent area. The evening of fine dining was followed by Chefs of the North Fork on June 25, a gastronomic gathering that featured a six-course tasting menu. July began with the Rosé Soiree, an event that offered guests the opportunity to dine on tasting bites and sample more than a dozen local and international Rosé blends. On Aug. 6, the series featured GrillHampton, hosted by famed TV personality Foodgod, while the final event, Bubbles, said farewell to both Dan’s Taste Series and the summer season with champagne showers and seafood towers.
At the Chefs of the Hamptons event, guests enjoyed high-end eats from renowned honorees such as chef Bob Abrams of Calissa Hamptons, chef Tom Bogia of Manna Restaurant, and chef Dan Sayles of EHP Resort & Marina. VIP tickets were sold for $175, while general admission tickets were available for $125. Additionally, a portion of the ticket proceeds went to 501(c)(3) organizations, including All For The East End (ATEE), which raises funds to support nonprofits throughout the Hamptons.
In summary, Dan’s Taste food and wine series provided an exceptional summer experience in the Hamptons with its lineup of five unforgettable events. With the series featuring celebrated chefs, high-end dining, and charitable giving, it’s no wonder that Dan’s Taste has become a must-attend summer event.
