Custom fabrication typically takes 3–6 weeks from approved design, depending on size and finish. Rental items — LED video walls, dance floors, photo booths, furniture and games — can usually be booked within days, subject to availability.

Our LED video walls range from small 4' × 6' screens for booths and stages up to 30'-plus walls for keynotes, concerts and galas. Every rental includes delivery, installation, content playback and an on-site technician for the duration of the event.

Yes. Event Fab is one in-house team that designs and builds custom pieces — stages, bars, backdrops, step-and-repeats, pop-up structures, trade show booths — and also rents LED video walls, dance floors, photo booths, event furniture and games. Many clients combine both on a single order.
