From Concept to Camera-Ready: How a Custom Build Works
1. Concept & design. We start with your brand, venue, and goal — then design the structure and guest experience together and deliver renderings and a fixed quote. 2. Fabrication. CNC cutting, welding, paint, print, and vinyl happen in our shop, with progress photos as the build takes shape. 3. Technology integration. Cameras, lighting, screens, and sharing software are installed and tested inside the finished structure — not on event day. 4. Delivery & commissioning. Our crew installs, calibrates, and runs a full test session before your first guest steps in.
Timelines run two to six weeks depending on complexity. For touring activations we engineer the build for repeat assembly and provide road cases and documentation your local crews can follow.
