This vibrant New York–themed Bat Mitzvah transformed The Patterson Club in Fairfield County into a bold, colorful, high-energy NYC experience inspired by the places Lexi loves most. Working alongside the client and entertainment team, Event Fab provided the full creative vision and execution — including branding, custom décor, large-format printing, furniture rentals, lighting, and complete event styling.

The Vision Behind Lexi’s NYC Celebration

Lexi wanted a Bat Mitzvah that felt energetic, colorful, and unmistakably New York. Her family envisioned a space filled with iconic city elements — subway lines, skyline silhouettes, street-style artwork, and bright neon accents — but presented in a way that still felt polished, modern, and cohesive within The Patterson Club’s ballroom.

Our process began with a site walk and creative discovery session to understand the family’s must-haves, stylistic preferences, and Lexi’s favorite NYC spots. From there, we developed mood boards, color palettes, logo concepts, and a complete thematic direction grounded in NYC iconography but tailored to Lexi’s personality.

We mapped the event layout, lighting approach, and graphic placements to ensure the theme flowed from entrance to dance floor. Every detail was custom-designed, from branded signage and dance floor graphics to lounge furniture, bars, and high-impact wall décor that captured the bold essence of the city.

The result was an immersive, upscale Manhattan-inspired atmosphere that gave guests an unforgettable experience.

To create Lexi’s NYC-themed Bat Mitzvah, we began with detailed concept development and digital renderings to visualize how iconic New York elements could be integrated into The Patterson Club’s space. Our design team created custom artwork, signage, and branding built around Lexi’s personality, ensuring that the theme was fun and energetic while still feeling refined. On event day, our crew worked in sync with the planner and entertainment team to execute each element precisely. Planning & Pre-Production

From the very beginning, planning this event required a clear creative vision and strong collaboration. We began with a site visit to understand the ballroom layout, access points, lighting conditions, and opportunities for high-impact installations. After presenting mood boards and artwork concepts, our team refined the design to match the family’s preferences.

We coordinated closely with the entertainment team to align lighting, DJ booth placement, video displays, and overall flow. Once designs were approved, we moved into pre-production, organizing all graphics, décor elements, furniture selections, and installation logistics.

On the day of the event, our team executed a seamless setup, ensuring every branded element matched the approved creative direction. The final result reflected weeks of thoughtful planning, collaboration, and attention to detail.
