Female Quotient AI Summit at Webster Hall

Event Fab partnered with The Female Quotient to execute a complete venue branding transformation for their AI Summit at Webster Hall in New York City. With all artwork, design direction, and visual assets provided by the FQ team, our job was to bring their creative vision to life through expert production, printing, installation, and full-scale environmental branding.

From bar wraps to stage fronts, directional signage, posters, step and repeats, and venue takeovers, we executed a flawless install that turned Webster Hall into a fully immersive, on-brand summit experience.

Transforming a Historic NYC Venue With Full-Scale Branded Execution

The Female Quotient AI Summit gathered leaders, technologists, and innovators for a day dedicated to shaping the future of artificial intelligence through the lens of inclusion and equality. To support that mission, Event Fab was brought in to turn Webster Hall into a space that aligned visually and professionally with FQ’s brand identity — bold, modern, and empowering.

With The Female Quotient’s internal design team supplying all artwork, branding assets, and style direction, our role was to measure, produce, print, and install every branded component. This included transforming existing venue touchpoints and covering built-in signage so the entire space felt fully owned by the summit. The result was a polished, cohesive environment where every visual detail worked together to reinforce the event’s message.

What We Produced & Installed

Event Fab provided complete printing, production, and installation of the summit’s branded elements, using assets supplied by The Female Quotient.

  • End-to-end printing, finishing, delivery, and install

Behind the Build

This project began with detailed site measurements and mapping of Webster Hall’s existing signage and display areas. With The Female Quotient providing all artwork and direction, our focus was execution — determining proper material types, sizing, hardware needs, and production methods for each printed element. We preflighted artwork, prepared print files for large-format production, and coordinated all finishing work in preparation for installation.

On-site, our team executed a fast, clean, and precise install, covering built-in venue signage, applying bar wraps, mounting backdrops, and placing signage throughout the multiple levels of Webster Hall. The final transformation created a unified summit environment fully aligned with FQ’s brand — modern, powerful, and cohesive across every guest-facing touchpoint.

Planning & Pre-Production

Planning involved site surveys, artwork prep, print specification assessments, and production scheduling. Our team reviewed all client-provided artwork, verified proportions, prepared print layouts, and selected appropriate substrates for wrapping bars, walls, stages, and signage areas.

Pre-production included large-format printing, lamination, cutting, finishing, and hardware preparation. On event day, we installed every branding element according to the summit’s visual plan, ensuring a cohesive and professional environment from load-in to opening doors.
