Client: Pejy Kash
Event Type: Private
Scope of Work: Event Fabrication, Custom Built Chuppah, Custom Bars, Custom Seating Chart
Nestled inside the gilded former Emigrant Industrial Savings Bank, Hall des Lumières radiates Beaux‑Arts grandeur. For this high‑profile wedding, Pejy Kash Events asked Event Fab to elevate the space with immersive builds that honored its historic bones while injecting vibrant modern personality. Our fabrication brief? Think monumental, textural, and photo‑ready—fit for a guest list filled with household names.
To mirror the architecture of Hall des Lumières, we fabricated six identical bar facades, each spanning 8 feet. Every front featured two generous arch cut‑outs backed with cushioned, custom‑printed fabric panels that tied into the wedding palette. Recessed LED lights added light to high light the bars colors and panels.
Measuring a striking 14′ × 11′, the flat seating chart read like a work of digital art: hundreds of 8‑inch color blocks arranged in a pixel‑style gradient. Each block held a laser‑cut card with guest names and table assignments, meticulously glued flush to the surface for a seamless look. The size and saturated palette drew guests in for an interactive search‑and‑find moment—and plenty of photos—before they took their seats.
The ceremony centerpiece: a minimalist, four‑post chuppah clad in our faux‑stone finish, crowned with cascading florals. We engineered the structure to conceal wiring and rigging for overhead lighting, ensuring uninterrupted sightlines for every guest.
A Wedding for the books.
