How Full-Room Theming Comes Together
1. Theme & layout call. We walk your venue plan zone by zone — entrance, cocktail, dining, stage, dance floor — and agree where the budget earns the most. 2. Design board. You get a visual board mixing warehouse pieces with any custom builds, plus a fixed quote. 3. Fabrication & prep. Custom pieces get built; stock props are pulled, refurbished, and staged. 4. Install day. Our crew transforms the room, typically in two to six hours, and returns for strike when the last guest leaves.

We install and style, always. Placement, dressing, lighting coordination, and detail work are what make a theme feel designed — drop-off theming is not a service we offer.
For smaller orders, select warehouse pieces are available for pickup-free local delivery. Full theme packages are installed by our crew to protect both the look and the inventory.
Three to four weeks for stock themes; six or more when custom fabrication is involved. October–December and gala season book earliest.
Lighting is quoted alongside props whenever we design a theme — color wash and accent lighting are half of what makes theming land. One crew installs both.
Our crew returns for strike the same night or next morning per your venue rules. You never handle the teardown.
